This is not about suddenly becoming the wellness person overnight. This is about gently shifting what people associate with you. Before you sell anything, your audience needs to understand what you care about, what you are noticing, and why wellness now feels aligned.
PHASE 1:
QUIET SIGNALS
Start with curiosity, not answers.

PHASE 3:
INVITE CONVERSATION
This is where you open the door without selling.

- “Out of curiosity, what do you wish you had more of right now? Energy, focus, sleep, motivation or structure?”

DAILY ALGORITHM WARM UP
BEFORE POSTING:
- Spend 10 minutes engaging properly.
- Comment on 10 people’s posts. Reply to stories.
- Send 2 genuine voice notes. Start conversations before expecting people to start with you.
AFTER POSTING:
- Stay active for 20 to 30 minutes. Reply quickly.
- Ask questions back. Don’t post and disappear.
