360 Pathway – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, memberships, subscriptions, digital content, coaching, training, and community spaces provided by 360 Pathway. This includes (but is not limited to) Elevate Unfiltered, digital resources, live training, replays, coaching sessions, and WhatsApp support channels.
By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing any 360 Pathway offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
We believe in transparency, fairness, and clear expectations. These terms exist to protect both you and us, and to ensure everyone has the best possible experience inside 360 Pathway.

1 About 360 Pathway
360 Pathway provides business education, coaching, mentoring, and digital training for entrepreneurs and business owners. All services are delivered online unless otherwise stated.
2 Digital Products & Service Delivery
All 360 Pathway offerings are digital and/or service-based, including:
- Online memberships and subscriptions
- Digital training programmes
- Live and recorded coaching sessions
- Replays, tools, templates, and downloadable resources
Once access to any digital product, platform, or service has been granted, delivery is deemed complete.
3 Refunds, Credits & Purchase Decisions
All purchases made with 360 Pathway are final and non-refundable.
This includes, without limitation:
- Memberships and subscriptions
- Digital products and downloads
- Coaching sessions
- Live or recorded training
- Replays, tools, templates, and resources
Elevate Unfiltered – Training Access
Once any part of the Elevate Unfiltered training has been accessed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Access includes (but is not limited to): logging into the platform, viewing lessons or training materials, watching replays or recordings, downloading resources, and participating in live sessions or community spaces.
Discretionary Credit (Exceptional Circumstances Only)
In rare and exceptional circumstances, 360 Pathway may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit.
- Credit is not guaranteed
- Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund
- Credit will not be issued once training content has been accessed
- Credit may be used towards another 360 Pathway product
- If the new product is higher value, the difference must be paid
- Any unused credit does not roll over or remain open-ended
Lack of engagement, time constraints, change of circumstances, or personal preference do not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.
4 Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
- Subscriptions operate on a rolling monthly basis
- A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel before the next billing date
How to Cancel
Cancellations must be completed by the customer via our website:
- Visit www.360Pathway.co.uk
- Click Log In
- Navigate to Account → Billing / Subscriptions
- Select your active subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests sent via email, WhatsApp, social media, or verbally will not be accepted
- If cancellation is not completed within the required notice period, the next month will still be charged
- No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued
- Access continues until the end of the current paid period
5 Pausing or Freezing Memberships
- Memberships cannot be paused or frozen unless explicitly agreed in writing by 360 Pathway
- Missed sessions, unused content, or lack of participation do not entitle members to refunds, credits, or extensions
6 WhatsApp Channels & Support
360 Pathway operates WhatsApp channels to support communication and community engagement.
Purpose of WhatsApp Channels
WhatsApp channels may be used to:
- Share announcements and updates
- Provide reminders and prompts
- Offer value-led guidance
- Support drop-in questions for Elevate Unfiltered members
Elevate Unfiltered – Drop-In Questions
- Members may ask drop-in questions within the designated WhatsApp channel
- Responses are short-form guidance only
- Responses are not guaranteed and are not provided in real time
- Support is offered during standard business hours only
WhatsApp support does not include:
- In-depth coaching or strategy development
- Crisis support
- Ongoing back-and-forth conversations
WhatsApp Conduct & Boundaries
Members are expected to:
- Be respectful and professional
- Avoid spamming, selling, or pitching
- Not dominate the channel or chase responses
- Not privately message team members unless invited
- Respect confidentiality and the wider community
360 Pathway reserves the right to mute or remove members from WhatsApp channels at its discretion.
Leaving a WhatsApp channel does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions must still be cancelled via www.360Pathway.co.uk.
7 Intellectual Property
All content provided by 360 Pathway is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of 360 Pathway.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content
- Share login details or training materials
- Record live sessions without prior permission
Breach of this clause may result in immediate removal of access, with no refund or credit.
8 Community Standards & Conduct
360 Pathway community spaces are built on respect, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
We reserve the right to remove access if behaviour is:
- Disruptive
- Inappropriate
- Harmful or disrespectful
- Misaligned with community values
Removal due to misconduct does not entitle members to refunds or credits.
9 Results Disclaimer
- Results are not guaranteed
- Success depends on individual effort, implementation, and consistency
- 360 Pathway does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- 360 Pathway is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- Participation in programmes and services is at your own risk
- You remain responsible for your business decisions and outcomes
11 Changes to Services or Terms
360 Pathway reserves the right to:
- Update or refine training content
- Modify delivery formats
- Amend these Terms & Conditions
The most recent version will always apply.
12 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
